With over 17 years of deep-rooted experience in Egypt’s real estate market, Mr. Mohamed Gamaa stands as a distinguished figure in the field of real estate development. His journey began in 2007, driven by a forward-thinking vision and a deep understanding of market dynamics. In 2017, he founded Al Riyadh Misr for Real Estate Development, which has rapidly become one of the trusted names in delivering premium residential communities characterized by architectural distinction, customer-centric design, and high execution standards. Mr. Gamaa holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, bringing strong academic insight to his business leadership. He is also a member of the Egyptian Senate, contributing to national policy dialogues that shape the future of real estate and urban development in Egypt. His leadership combines strategic foresight with a people-first approach aiming not only to build spaces, but to shape lifestyles, empower communities, and create long-term value.

With nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the Egyptian real estate sector, Hossam Abdel Ghany plays a vital role in the strategic leadership of Riyadh Misr. Since entering the market in 2007, he has cultivated deep industry knowledge across development, crisis management, and project execution. Mr. Abdel Ghany holds several prestigious certifications from Egypt and the UAE, including an MPA, PMP, a diploma in Marketing, and credentials in Crisis Management. His expertise bridges operational excellence and strategic planning, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success. He is also an active member of the New Cairo Developers Association, reinforcing his role in shaping the future of real estate in the region. As General Manager of Riyadh Misr, he continues to lead with vision, delivering projects that reflect quality, innovation, and long-term value.
